AGM, Submitted Proposals and Prize Giving – Monday 22nd May 2023
The AGM and prize giving will be held this year, on Monday 22nd May 2023 – 7:30 for 8pm prompt start at Wimborne Royal British Legion. The AGM is your chance to hear how the league has run this year and to vote for any submitted proposal changes.
Following the AGM, the league, cup, and other prizes will be awarded. All teams and players receiving a prize are invited and expected to attend or a substitute sent in their place.
The committee has received 1 proposal and the committee feels obliged to raise a proposal.
The titles of the proposals are as follows.
Abolish the Ladies Singles and let the Ladies join the Section Singles Cup
Pairs are drawn out of the hat, same as the singles.
Voting will be explained fully on the night, but it is one vote per team. Can a team captain or representative of the team vote only please.
