If you want to use these forms, download, complete and return to Judy Plummer with entry fee (address below).

Attached are the documents required to register your team and also to register the players available to play for you during the season.

  • Team entry this season is £20.00
  • Teams must register a minimum of 6 player. Each player registered is a further £2 each.
  • Pay by Bank Transfer or Cheques made payable to W.M.D.L. Please write Team name on the back of cheque.

NOTE: We have an option this year to pay by Bank Transfer to save you finding cash or sending cheques in the post. Details are on the Registration Form below.

New teams welcome:

Any new teams keen to joins us should also attend the Captains Meeting on Monday 18th June 2018 and bring completed forms and appropriate fees. Anyone not able to attend should send their cheque and completed forms by post (or through the door) by Monday 2nd July 2018 at the very latest.
